What we collect

We collect only what is needed to respond to demo requests, answer enquiries, and operate NBA Navigator: name, email, institution, role, and the message you send. Account registration additionally stores the password you choose (hashed by the authentication service) and the role you request.

Why we collect it

To schedule demos, support your accreditation workspace, send approval emails, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

How it is protected

The site is served over HTTPS. Sensitive data is transmitted in transit with TLS. NBA Navigator uses role-based access so college data is visible only to authorized users of that institution and designated IAE reviewers.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold, in line with the Information Technology Act and, where applicable, GDPR. Write to info@iae.education.
